The weather has been nice here that past couple of days. A little cool yesterday but the sun made it nice. Today it was warm enough to be outside in a short sleeve shirt.
The day after we arrived here, from TN, we both felt lousy. Mine was just allergies which finally started to improve Saturday. Kathy has a cold and still isn't over it.
Last Friday we took the motorhome up to Camping World in Columbia, to get an estimate. They are going to email us the estimate, but we haven't received it yet. When we got home, and drove it out back of the shed to get it on the parking area, we got it stuck. We stopped trying to move it as soon as the tires started to spin, and just left it set. It is probably dry enough today to move it but there is no hurry so we will wait until tomorrow or maybe Wednesday to move it.
I went to church Sunday but Kathy didn't feel like getting out. It was good to get to see everybody.
This morning I went to the YMCA for the first time since Oct 1st last year. I was there a couple of hours. I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and spent another hour on the weight machines. I could tell the my "fitness" had deteriorated since I was last there. The difference wasn't horrible, but it was definitely noticeable.
We have a new Harbor Freight store in Jefferson City, I went there after the YMCA. I bought some clamps to replace those I can't find since moving from Lebanon to TN and then to MO. Also picked up some other "good deals". I may go back tomorrow and buy a 12" sliding, double bevel, cut off saw. It is an off-brand name but for the "super sale" price of $170 I think I will give it a try. At Lowes the off-brand price is $299, for a brand name saw the prices are $460-600.
After getting home I did a few odds and ends and then changed the oil in the lawn mower and mowed our lawn for the first time. It was almost 7PM when I came into the house. I LOVE THESE LONGER DAYS & WARMER WEATHER.
Not sure what we will do tomorrow. Some of it will depend on how sore I am <grin>.
May God bless you and yours.
