OK enough of my political rantings. I do urge all of you to be sure you are registered, and that you actually vote, in the upcoming election. You have to choose who you think will do the least damage to the nation over the next 4 years.
Yesterday’s travels were uneventful. We had an enjoyable time visiting with family. We spent time at Mom’s, Coldwater Lake, Michigan; had a late lunch at Auntie V’s (Auntie V is our niece Vickie), in Angola, Indiana; and then went to Vicki’s home on Lake Gage, near Orland, Indiana. We were able to see lots of family.
We stayed overnight at Vicki’s. Her home is beautiful. I took the photo below while out on her dock this morning.
I took this photo of Lake Gage while standing on Vicki's front porch.
The weather is still hot, a high temperature of 98 is
forecast for northern Indiana. It is only supposed to be 90 degrees in
Crossville, Tennessee. We may need our coats <GRIN>.
Hope you all have a wonderful 4th of July. May
God bless you and yours. I better get this sent while I have a decent cell phone signal.
