Wednesday, August 17th - Slow Day

It was yet another beautiful day in the UP. The overnight low was 56 and todays high was a mostly sunny, breezy 82. Wearing shorts and a tee shirt it was a little to cool to sit in the shade and a little to warm to set in the direct sun. I had to move back and forth. Such a tough life.

In the morning Kathy went shopping. I finished fixing the cabinet in the coach and spent a lot of time just enjoying the day and watching things happen.

I took the photo below as these folks were pulling out. I think they were here when we were here earlier.

I did work on the wheels on the passenger side of the coach. They are cleaner, but need more work. I need some expert advice from Andy, my grandson-in-law, part of his business is detailing cars. I still want to make a pass cleaning the wheels on the drivers side but will wait to get his input before doing more to the ones on the passenger side.

We sat out by the river a long time in the evening, enjoying the company of a young couple from PA, and their two young sons, and the TX couple who are parked next to us.

God is good. I pray that He blesses you and yours.
