By lunch time we had most of the drywall up on the existing walls. Still have a few pieces to put up in the closet and I have to do some work on the lines from the heat pump/air conditioner (bend them to a tighter radius) before we can put up the piece on the left side of the photo below.
By the time we quit in the afternoon we had the framing up for the new wall.
I had to go into the attic to relocate wiring for the light switch. It was TOASTY up there around noon. I need to go back up there tomorrow morning to connect the line that will feed two new outlets in the new wall. Thankfully it is not nearly as hot here as it is in Missouri. Today's high was 87. Heat index was probably less than 90. At 6PM in Centertown temperature/heat index is still 92/95.
I'm pleased with our progress.
